Elixir The Adaptogens

Adaptogenic herbs help counteract the deleterious effects of stress in the body. It's for me if: I am going through a difficult physical/mental/moral period and feel very tired and lacking in vitality I'm recovering I am a mum (or a dad), I no longer breastfeed and I want to regain some vitality I am athletic and preparing for a competition (performance + endurance) I'm going through a "big period" and don't want to suffer a vitality drop afterwards I am weak or constantly feel tired despite resting I am going to take a competition or an exam and want to be physically/mentally fit I am in (or coming out of) Burn-out
