BOX OF LEMON FILLED COOKIES

The stuffed ones are small crunchy shortbread biscuits filled with lemon. Our biscuits are made in the Frontignan biscuit factory (Hérault). Since 1989, La Cure Gourmande has been making dry biscuits. The dough is lightly browned in the oven and adds crunch to the mouth.
