Cut Classic 'light' Caribbean Rum

The classic notes of an exceptional Caribbean rum, with half the usual alcohol and calories. This wonderful blend of high quality aged rums won a Silver Medal at the prestigious International Spirits Challenge 2022. Created exclusively for us by a Master Blender at a centuries old rum house, it is a skilful blend of 3-5 year old Caribbean rums. The backbone comes from a 5 year old Dominican Republic rum, while the nose is lifted using carefully integrated Jamaican esters. At 20% ABV it delivers the smooth, rich spices, caramel and vanilla notes that you would expect in an elegant and soft style. Warming and complex, with loads of personality from nose to finish. Wonderful to sip neat, but very much at home as part of a cocktail or with your favourite mixer. An award winning classic spirit with ½ the alcohol and ½ the calories of a typical full strength rum spirit. Just 28 calories and ½ a unit of alcohol per 25ml serve.
