At the beginning of 2021, our story came to life in our tea house - delicatessen "Bernie's teas", when many of our customers wanted to be offered a qualitative cocoa offer, without excess sugar and completely natural. Epicureans, curious and in love with the flavors offered by our tea cellar and our spice counter, we have therefore decided to create our universe of cocoa sensations. Our back shop kitchen-laboratory was just waiting for our creativity!
Creativity which now comes in 7 families and 30 recipes; from the most traditional to the most daring.
On November 4, 2021, by marketing the first range of hot drinking cocoas, we wished a happy birthday to my daughter, Emma.
Cocoa handcrafted by master chocolatier François Pralus (organic beans from Peru).
60% cocoa minimum in each recipe.
Rapadura or organic coconut blossom sugar.
NO added aroma; as natural as it is!
The use in total transparency of the NATURAL ingredients in our possession: spices, peppers, berries, citrus fruits, coffee, teas, ....
80% minimum organic ingredients.
And above all: RESPECT for customers, producers and suppliers.
