At the beginning of 2021, our story came to life within our delicatessen "Les Thés de Bernie", when many of our customers wanted to be offered a quality offer of cocoa for hot chocolates, without excess sugar and completely natural. Epicureans, curious and lovers of the flavors offered by our tea cellar and our spice counter, we decided to create our own world of cocoa strolls. Our back-of-house kitchen-laboratory was just waiting for our creativity!
Creativity that now comes in more than 20 cocoa recipes for hot chocolates or chocolate shakes.
On November 4, 2021, by marketing the first range of cocoa to drink in hot chocolate, we wished a happy birthday to my daughter, Emma.
70% cocoa minimum in each recipe.
