Cambodia Palm Sugar - 500g

Organic sugar with a good balance of sucrose and fructose, does not contain glucose. Used by foodies in the kitchen and in desserts. The flavor of palm sugar resembles that of brown cane sugar, but with hints of caramel or buttered sugar candy. Unlike brown cane sugar, it has a rich flavor, a low melting temperature, and a high combustion temperature.
