Flower of Salt Delta de l'Ebre 150g

This delicate salt is harvested by hand every day following traditional methods in the Delta del Ebro Natural Park (Biosphere Reserve). Ideal for seasoning all kinds of food. This salt is collected by hand from the surface of the salt ponds, obtaining the salt crystals formed in the upper layer. Sea salt with a delicate flavor, light and moist texture, and high mineral content is used by chefs and gastronomy experts at the end of food preparation and even at the table itself.
