Fruit of long red pepper. Initially sweet in the mouth, the spiciness arrives smoothly. Excellent on finished or slow cooker dishes. Kampot pepper is grown naturally following the essential principles of organic agriculture in the construction and conservation of soils, pest management, and the conservation of the heritage of the species. It is used whole, crushed with a mortar or ground in a grinder (grind just before use).
