Bolovens Premium Organic Black Pepper in grain - 100g

Coming from an exceptional terroir on the Bolovens Plateau, at an altitude of 650 meters in southern Laos, this pepper stands out olfactory and gustatory for its exceptional aromatic elegance. 
Bolovens Black Pepper is sweet, fresh, with acidic notes and exceptional length in the mouth. 
When more mature green peppercorns are allowed to dry naturally, they turn black. ANDThis is the most common pepper. 
We recommend purchasing whole peppercorns, as freshly ground pepper is far superior to pepper marketed already ground. 
Whole peppercorns retain their flavor indefinitely, but quickly lose their aroma and spiciness after being ground. 
Glass jar with twist-off lid (thus avoiding contact with air and outside elements as much as possible). 
Measurements: 6.25*6.25*8cms.
