Freshly ground, it is sublime sprinkled on top of salads, pasta, pork, beef or lamb. 
A Cambodian specialty is making a combination of fleur de sel, palm sugar, Kampot black pepper and lime. 
We recommend purchasing whole peppercorns, as freshly ground pepper is far superior to pepper marketed already ground. 
Whole peppercorns retain their flavor indefinitely, but quickly lose their aroma and spiciness after being ground. 
Glass jar with twist-off lid (thus avoiding contact with air and outside elements as much as possible).
