For our supplies, we rely on around ten local force-feeders, located within a 50 km radius of Pomarez. The latter practice both trades, lifting and force-feeding, as in the past. This model assumes that the breeder-force-feeder takes care of the animals entirely, from the duckling to the fattened duck. For us, this is the guarantee of exceptional products. The ducks are raised outdoors, on a grassy run, they are fed corn (GMO-free) and their rearing lasts at least 81 days. Storage: 12 days, store in a cold place at 0.3°C, +4°C.
