Description
Colombian specialty coffee with notes of cocoa and red berries
A well-rounded, velvety, and rich cup. Sourced from Finca La Guayacana in the Nariño region, grown on volcanic soil, fermented for 48 hours and slowly dried for 30 days on "camas africanas"; raised wooden drying tables, which allow air to circulate freely around the grains for slow and even drying.
Our master roaster: "A very fine coffee, whose acidity brings depth and freshness to the cup. »
When opened with a piston, it develops its full complexity — a very comforting profile with notes of chocolate, red fruits and a slight vinous hint that adds depth. A strong and tangy coffee, for lovers of expressive profiles.
