Tonton Charlot’s Rillettes

Based on an original recipe created by Chef David GALLIENNE, Tonton Charlot's Cochon rillette can be enjoyed on a good slice of country bread.Not very stringy, you will find a slightly peppery rillette, it is made by Maison Montalet.   As an aperitif or starter, it is best eaten chilled.
