The peppers, aubergines and onions are peeled and chopped by hand and roasted separately to reach their optimum point of juiciness. The taste of this vegetable mix is extraordinary. It is ideal to accompany anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea or Bonito from the north De la Cueva Eggplant, pepper and onion from the Navarra garden. Extra quality.
