Chili peppers of the "Ibarroria" variety grown in organic gardens in the town of Ibarra (Guipuzkoa). The piparras are harvested by hand during the summer months and immediately sealed and packed in very mild wine vinegar. These piparras are very soft, barely spicy, they have a thin skin and a meaty texture that makes them ideal for tapas. Selected and packed by hand
