Mountain honey and LEMON DROP CHILI PEPPER

Preparation based on mountain honey harvested in the Hautes-Alpes and Lemon Drop peppers grown in France. The Lemon Drop is a fairly hot pepper with a citrus and lemon flavor. We combined it with a mountain honey with notes of candied fruit and maple syrup. A very balanced marriage that allows you to fully enjoy the taste of Lemon Drop chili pepper. HAS use as a topping on cheese, pizzas, tarts and toast. But also as a dessert with ice cream, whipped cream, cottage cheese or fruit. Artisanal production in Vendée, France. 185g jar (new format)
