Lavender honey and kaffir lime preparation

Preparation based on lavender honey harvested on the Valensole plateau and combavas produced and harvested in France by Lemon Story.   The kaffir lime zest has a citrus taste that also evokes lemongrass and ginger. 

We use fresh fruit that we prepare before assembly. 

The floral notes of lavender honey bring the necessary balance to this combination.

 The honey-citrus combination is a classic for many cooking lovers, here is our reinterpretation in a spread version.
