De La Sierra is one of the few brands to control the entire manufacturing process of its product: from sourcing to final blending, including sorting the coffee beans, processing, preparing the "Golden Beans," and selection.
To ensure the sustainability of the supply chain and allow producers to earn a decent living, De La Sierra always offers farmers a price higher than the market price. In El Salvador, we are the producers of a 40-hectare coffee farm.
At De La Sierra, coffee beans require the utmost attention. The same requirement for precision and quality applies to all raw materials.
As part of this overall approach, at De la Sierra we roast our own beans. EThe crucial step, the temperature and duration of which must be precisely established, roasting guarantees the aroma of the coffee and thus allows us to offer profiles with unique flavors.

Five generations ago, Ines and Petronila acquired tracts of land in the hills of Cacahuatique in El Salvador. We decided to continue this legacy by importing this coffee. The plantations are managed by our family living in Central America, the green grains are processed and marketed by our family present in France. We have complete traceability and control of the product and support from the government of the country of origin. El Salvador is a country with a volcanic heart made up of mineral-rich soils that give a unique taste to our coffee beans. A flawless selection process allows us to offer you a bourbon coffee with refined and harmonious tastes, of superior quality. This product invites you to awaken your sense of taste with this new coffee from El Salvador. This production contributes to the improved lives of Salvadoran coffee farmers and to respect for human and environmental values.
In 2025, our coffee shop was voted Best Coffee Shop in France. This distinction rewards the work of our entire team, our high standards in the cup and our desire to introduce specialty coffee to as many people as possible.
