Tasting notes: Chocolate, Hazelnut, Toasted almond Aromatic profile: Perfect balance between roundness and persistence on the palate.   Origin of coffee: El Salvador & Peru Organic Caturra Coffee blended with a Grand Cru Red Bourbon from El Salvador. 

100% Arabica blend in beans or ground. 

These two varieties of coffee are grown in natural shade and harvested manually. 

They are then imported and roasted in France. 

This blend is created by us as a limited edition coffee.     Country: El Salvador & Peru Region of origin: Blend made in France Altitude of the plantation: 1400 m - 1900 m.   Harvest: for both grains, the harvest is manual, in natural shade.     The De la Sierra team works every day to surprise you with true specialty coffee culture.
