100% Arabica, pure origin from organic farming; grown in natural shade and harvested manually by the producers of Finca Sanchirio Palomar.     Country: Peru Region of origin: Chanchamayo Altitude of the plantation: 1400 m – 1900 m.   Harvest: manual, in natural shade, between November and December.     This high altitude Arabica coffee is rare. 

The Sanchirio Palomar cooperative brings together 175 producers located 14 hours by bus from Lima, the capital of Peru. 

On this mountain located between 1400 and 1900 meters above sea level, the production of this specialty Caturra is located.     The De la Sierra team works every day to surprise you with true specialty coffee culture.
