DOP Primitivo di Manduria Natural Sweet. Ruby red wine with purple hues, Aroma and flavor of red ripe fruits, smooth and full with a lingering pleasant sweet taste: black cherry, prune, vanilla, ripe red fruits, blueberry jam. Obtained by the wine-making method of lengthy soaking from naturally dried and selected Primitivo grapes. Harvest in the end of September, 20 days of maceration, fermentation 25 days.  Ideal with desserts like almond biscuits, chocolate, also game gravy; to meditate. 14% Vol. Vintage 2022
