PDO Primitivo di Manduria.  Deep garnet red wine with purple hues color. Aroma of ripe red fruits, with a full, round and well-structured flavor leaving a persistent and a little sweet taste: dried prune and figs, chocolate, black cherry in spirit. Harvest in the beginning of October of grapes naturally dried on the plants; 60 days of maceration, fermentation 70 days. Lengthy soaking from selected dried grapes Primitivo of old vines.
