IGP Fiano Salento. Straw yellow, semi-aromatic white wine from native Apulian grapes, with floral scents and yellow fruits with flavor, pleasant and fresh tasting. From organic grapes hand picked at the end of August, fermenting for 10 days in white method at a controlled temperature. Pairings with white meats or fish dishes and appetizers. 12.50% Vol.    Brand New Vintage 2023 - Unfiltered, but not cloudy wine.
