The story of Dégustonfoin began in 1988 when Michel and Alain decided to settle on the farms of their respective parents. These lovers of the land understood from 1996 the interest of running their farm in organic farming and will participate in the development of this mode of production. In 2019, Michel's sons joined the farm. Grass and also hay have long been the basis of the diet of the cattle raised by our farmers, they know all the virtues of it. From this experience born in 2019 the idea of offering hay cooking as chefs regularly do. Hay can be used in many ways and the products developed in partnership with artisans and a Norman chef allow you to discover the flavors and scents of the meadows in summer. In 2021, Lauranne joins the adventure and partners with Alain to continue writing history and developing the brand.
