Organic red Kampot pepper IGP 50g

Kampot pepper is considered by Western chefs to be the best pepper in the world. The only pepper with quality labels, it obtained a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) in 2010 and then a Protected Geographical Designation (PDO) in 2016. Red pepper obtains this color when it is at maximum maturity. The seed is richer in sugar and is distinguished by its aromas of red fruits, it nevertheless retains its spiciness.
