Delabonne beers are brewed in Chartres. Producing beer is not the only vocation of our brewery:
“We produce and distribute good organic beer in a short circuit to offer moments of sharing and pleasure to our customers and our team members, by developing a local brewing industry that respects the planet and people.”
The project was born from Damien DORISON's desire to produce high-end, committed beers in the heart of his territory. Damien has joined forces with Séverine PICHARD who, with her husband Rodolphe, produces the majority of the organic raw materials used at the brewery, 18km from it.
They created the Delabonne brewery together and created a modern production tool adapted to their project and their convictions.
Organic & Short circuit, above all!
We brew 100% organic, because we firmly believe that this mode of production and consumption is more sustainable, cleaner for the environment we leave behind, and better for the health of our consumers.
Since the creation in 2021, we have faced challenges in our territory (Eure-et-Loir): Although having had a glorious past in brewing, the organic brewing sector in Eure-et-Loir was almost non-existent and it was complicated to source organic malting barley, the closest artisanal malthouse to us was more than 200 km away, there was no organic hop production nearby.
Since the start of 2022, we have been able to produce beers from ground to glass over less than 30 km, thanks to the sector that we helped set up in our territory.
We produce two ranges but distribute here on Ankorstore mainly our range of Craft Beers which are sold in cans. It is the best container for storing beer and especially for shipping it: less heavy, less fragile!
