Alastro is a shrub with yellow flowers that covers the surroundings of Lake Arancio in spring. This is a monovarietal of Grecanico from the Ulmo vineyard, in Sambuca di Sicilia. Elegant, balanced and austere, it is the ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine.
