Tomato Sauce with María Luisa 390gr. Antoni Izquierdo

The tomato sauce infused with the aromatic herb Maria Lluïsa, a plant found in many of the "Catalan Masies", give a different touch to this preserve. Ideal to spread with bread and a drizzle of oil, as a base for pizza, pasta and rice.
