SAUCE WITH A THOUSAND FLAVORS

Ginger, papaya, garlic, herbs from Provence, cumin, curry, sunflower oil… Even agricultural rum. And of course a little spice. This sauce with a thousand flavors lives up to its name. Directions for use: Excellent with grilled meats. Recipe idea: Grilled pork ribs Marinate the pork ribs for several hours in a mixture of TOCO thousand-flavor sauce with honey and a little TOCO Diablesse mustard (for those who like spicy food). Drain the pork ribs and grill them, basting regularly with the marinade. Also excellent with lamb or chicken.
