Émile, Master craftsman, creator of organic flavors in Sainte-Livrade-Sur-Lot (France), specialist in the transformation of ginger and turmeric, flavors directly inspired by my youth.
Coming from a family of organic farmers and always passionate about the benefits of plants, I decided to follow a training in agri-food supplemented by a Master's degree in "Biology and health" in order to deepen my knowledge.
In 2013, I developed recipes, according to a simple principle: find the perfect alchemy between pleasure and health.
My daily motivation: to make products based on fresh ginger and fresh turmeric to facilitate the consumption of these roots which are full of benefits and taste.
