GREEN CRETE OLIVES WITH HERBS

NATURALLY DEBITTERED, 100% HANDMADE. You probably know her from vacation. The Koroneiki olives are the type of olives from which olive oil is obtained in Crete. They are actually inedible. But if you put them in salt water for several months, they will of course be debittered and really delicious. The problem with that? You just can't stop eating them once you start! It is therefore hard to imagine Crete without them: As a snack, starter, with raki or in salads and as a side dish.
