Our Amfissis oil comes from Pteleos, in the Volos region. It is a single variety olive oil, with a particular characteristic taste. The production is overseen by Constantina and Stefanos, 3rd generation producers, with approx. 4000 trees in their olive grove. Their great-grandfather planted the first olive trees in 1870! You can call it an "allrounder" for your daily use.
