Beluga Caviar from Amur Sturgeon (4x250g) 1kg

It is not surprising that our Beluga Caviar Hybrid is a top seller. A fairly large grain that shimmers golden brown and a creamy taste make the sturgeon roe a very popular caviar from our range. Not as expensive as a real Beluga caviar, but still a very fine roe that is a real highlight. Incidentally, the nickname "Amur" has nothing to do with love, but is an indication that the sturgeon, also known as the Amur sturgeon, originated from the river of the same name between Russia and China - namely the Amur River.
