A "false pepper" from the province of Sechuan in China. Of good quality, the berry is red, slightly wine-colored and beige inside. A slightly spicy and acid flavor with notes of orange peel, Morello cherry and mint. It works wonders with duck, foie gras and veal liver. Sublime in small touches on a sorbet or on fruits such as strawberries, melon, apricot. Kitchen tip: open the grinder and throw a few berries into a broth or sauce. By diffusing its fragrance, Sechuan berries will bring pep to your dishes! Our grinders are adjustable (3 different grinds) and rechargeable.
