Chori 'Veg' - Iron box

An original mix: "chori" like chorizo and "veg'" like vegetarian! To bring the taste of chorizo, without meat and without fat. To flavor sauces or oils, an omelet or pasta, pan-fried vegetables, a piece of beef, fish or scallops "land-sea" style. Perfect for a terrine with leftover vegetables. Tip in vegetarian cooking: add this mixture to olive oil and marinate a block of tofu (sponged and cut) overnight. The manufacture of this mixture is done in our workshop in Ancenis: roasting, grinding and mixing. Our boxes are made of tinplate and have a double lid to preserve the aromas.
