Native to the Malabar Coast, Kerala in South India. It is the ancestor of all peppers. It is warm, lively and very persistent in the mouth. It goes well with all products, sublimates red meats, marinades, a chocolate dessert. We have selected the top category (TGSEB): large grains containing a lot of essential oil, what is called "Tellicherry" from the name of a city in Kerala. Our grinders are adjustable (3 different grinds) and rechargeable.
