Fishy - Tin box

Inspired by a Loire fisherman, this mixture of spices was made to make bait! Our curiosity could not miss these invigorating and colorful spices. : we are inspired to create this mixture. Ideal for fish and all their cooking: papillotes, a court-bouillon, pan-fried or steamed. For a marinade and making skewers, or for a sauce. The manufacture of this mixture is done in our workshop in Ancenis: roasting, grinding and mixing. Our boxes are made of tinplate and have a double lid to preserve the aromas.
