Our Salers-Angus beef is raised on grass, with feed produced on the farm in winter.  Our meat is renowned for its marbling and tenderness. The bavette is a piece with a stringy texture, very popular with consumers The pieces weigh approximately 250 g ± 30 g. DLC upon receipt of products: 8 days at least. Delivery time: 3 to 6 days, depending on the order date. Order placement: Monday morning before 12 p.m. for delivery Wednesday morning.
