Our Salers-Angus beef is raised on grass, with feed produced on the farm in winter.  Our meat is renowned for its marbling and tenderness. The pieces weigh approximately 900g ± 75g. DLC upon receipt of products: 8 days at least. Delivery time: 3 to 6 days, depending on the order date. Order: Monday morning before 12 p.m. for delivery: Wednesday morning.
