SARL macaron de Provence is an organic artisanal biscuit factory specializing in the production of traditional macarons (without cream or ganache) formerly sold under the house brand roux.
After taking over the company, Julie wanted to modernize the brand's image and bring her touch of femininity. The products are now distributed under the name Des macarons & des filles.

We want to limit the amount of sugar to highlight authentic flavors and tastes. Our products are organic, gluten-free, lactose-free and preservative-free. We offer two ranges: bulk and gourmet, we resell our products to organic stores, bulk stores and delicatessens.
