Each sachet contains a mixture of salts, plants, essential oils and a dozen stones to infuse them, approximately 350 grams. Use is very simple and pleasant, it is preferable to clean the environment beforehand with a purifying ritual incense (available in our store) during the first use. After cleansing, pour a small handful of salts onto the shower floor and then place your feet on the salts while you shower.
