925 Ginger Liqueur

Caution sharp! Anyone who has ever drunk pure ginger juice knows what we are talking about. Ultimately, that was also the greatest challenge in the composition of this liqueur, namely to balance the spiciness of the juice and the sweetness of the sugar syrup. We succeeded in doing this by using our self-distilled ginger spirit, which has a good portion of ginger flavors in its luggage, as well as a ginger tea made with our very soft water to reduce to drinking strength. The ginger aromas, which come from three different sources, combine to form an extraordinary liqueur specialty that is second to none. True to our quality standards, this liqueur, like all our products, is made without the addition of flavorings or colorings. Only the natural ingredients of the raw materials used (ginger juice, ginger distillate and tea) give this distinctive liqueur its typical smell, taste and colour. A difference to industrial mass-produced goods that you can smell and taste! We make every effort so that you can smell and taste the products we create for you without having to read the name on the label first. That's why we don't use harsh filtration, which removes all the suspended matter completely, but ultimately also removes important flavor components. So if you notice a slight sediment after some storage time, this is not a quality defect, but on the contrary intentional and an indication that the bottle needs to be shaken before pouring!
