975 Blood Orange Liqueur

The strong orange juice of the self-squeezed blood oranges was the limiting factor in the creation of this delightful liqueur. Therefore, our first batch is limited to 50 bottles. The wonderful natural acidity of blood orange juice is accompanied by the subtle sweetness of our sugar syrup. Finally, the spirit of the blood orange that we distilled ourselves is responsible for the strong blood orange aroma on the nose and palate. Since we do not use filtration, a color gradient forms in the bottle when it is left standing, which is caused by the juice components sinking up and down. We therefore recommend shaking the bottle briefly before removing it. Ideal for pure enjoyment or – like our limoncello – frozen from the freezer.
