
The idea for our Christmas spirit came from an Advent tradition: Every year on the last Sunday in Advent, friends come for an Advent coffee, where Mother's unsurpassed, homemade Christmas cookies and of course our homemade mulled wine are served. Its composition of a good red wine and almost a dozen spices regularly caused such enthusiasm that it was obvious to create a spirit with this recipe. However, this turned out to be much more difficult than initially thought. Because red wine is missing as an important taste-balancing basis, individual components came to the fore in the first attempts. In our internal tastings, there were regular deductions for this. But in the end, the meticulousness and patience of the pharmacist paid off and a beautiful, well-coordinated spirit was created that legally has to be labeled as a spirit. The Christmas aromas of plentiful citrus fruits, cinnamon, various classic gingerbread spices and of course a touch of vanilla are wonderfully softly integrated into our particularly fine alcohol. Its enjoyment guarantees Christmas feelings even in summer temperatures!
