Asteria Blonde Ale Beer 33cl

Asteria perfectly illustrates what we love at Deux Béliers: beers with flavor. Despite a content of alcohol content, since it contains 5.5%, Asteria gives pride of place to the Pale Ale and Munich malts used to brew it. The aroma of these two malts is enhanced during fermentation thanks to a Belgian type yeast which will exacerbate this malty note. The use of noble Czech and English hops gives it a fine balance which gives it a slight bitterness without masking its character. Asteria is undoubtedly a complex beer with a marked character which will have its place to accompany your meals or simply to quench your thirst at any time. Ideal beer when you are thirsty. It will go perfectly with chicken, sauerkraut, a sandwich or any type of dish because it is an “all-purpose” beer. It will also highlight your light and soft cheeses such as fresh goat's cheese but especially cooked pressed cheeses such as Beaufort, Comté and young Emmental.    Blonde Ale is one of the most common styles of beer in the world. It is a top-fermented beer as opposed to bottom-fermented Lagers and can therefore reach high levels of alcohol (see strong ale). These are beers, when they are artisanal, which are often flavored, perfumed, hopped and can be brewed with different malts. Unfiltered, unpasteurized beer, without coloring or preservatives. Store the bottle upright, away from light and heat. A yeast deposit is natural.
