Scylla Raspberry Sour Beer 33cl

Scylla is Ithaca's little sister, still as light and surprising with its acidity and limpid character which would almost make it look like a sparkling wine to the uninitiated. It will delight your taste buds thanks to the subtly fruity notes brought to it by the raspberries added during the fermentation phase and which delicately perfume it without giving it a sweet character. Slightly acidic beer with a good raspberry taste. It goes perfectly with a tartare of scallops, beets and raspberry vinegar. It is also refreshing as an aperitif or with desserts. Sour type beers are beers with particularly pronounced acidity. This type of beer can be available in several styles of beer, including Berliner Weisse, Lambics and Gueuzes. Unlike most beers like IPAs which tend to present a palette of bitter flavors, bitterness gives way to acidity in the case of a Sour beer. Unfiltered, unpasteurized beer, without coloring or preservatives. Store the bottle upright, away from light and heat. A yeast deposit is natural.
