DIAMANTE TARTUFI is an Italian company founded in 2009 that aims for excellence. Our philosophy is to select the best lots of TRUFFLES directly in the regions of Italy where the culture and tradition of TRUFFLES has been rooted for decades (mainly Piedmont and Marche). In our line of artisanal products preserved with TRUFFLE we use only Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Himalayan Pink Salt. The ingredients, for the type of grinding, are always clearly visible individually to the naked eye in the jar, we do not use dyes or preservatives. We constantly want to apply to our production a "" Food Concept "" that is both artisanal and modern at the same time.
