"Omegalecker" - Paul and the oil friends
Delicious rapeseed oils, pure or refined with spicy herbs, garlic, bruschetta, chilli or hops as well as hemp oil, are hidden behind the oil lovers. Made by the founder, Paul Belthle - then 13 years old. All edible oils are cold-pressed drop by drop in a particularly gentle process and are spared any additives. As a result, all the valuable ingredients such as omega 3 and 6 fatty acids are optimally preserved. The by-products, such as the rapeseed cake, are also bursting with nutrients and can be wonderfully processed into rich flours and proteins, which are also in the range of oil lovers. A closed cycle is created. The quality, the taste of the product and the regionality are paramount.
Another focus is on sustainability and environmentally friendly work. For example, glass bottles are used instead of plastic and all by-products are sensibly processed. In order to keep the CO2 footprint as low as possible, all raw materials are obtained from controlled cultivation from farmers in Germany who are as regional as possible.
