The seat must be attached to the upper part of the base. The seat is secured with four long screws. Then you place the loose gas spring in the trumpet base and on top of the gas spring you place the top part to which the seat is attached. Assembly will take approximately 5 minutes, most of which will be spent unpacking the product.
