Traditionally, our spelled souls are lovingly shaped and baked by hand. We only use spelled (Franckenkorn variety) in the production process and do not use any artificial additives at all.
Fresh from the oven, the baked goods in our bakery fill our bakery with an unmistakably pleasant scent and unfold their full aroma. So that you too can enjoy this unique bakery experience, we have developed a special technology for our bakery delivery services throughout Germany and the EU: We bake around 60% of your order in our bakery oven. You can use it to finish baking your desired baked goods at home in a very short time and get a result that looks fresh from our bakery. The ordered goods are still warm from the oven in an airtight packaging, so that we retain the moisture and guarantee fresh bakery enjoyment.
With every delivery we add a small manual to help you with the correct baking settings. After the order has arrived, it is also possible to freeze the spelled souls, this allows you to bake the souls for several weeks as required.
Our flavors are diverse, from tomato-mozzarelle, spinach-feta, chill-tomato, cranberry-apricot, pumpkin-seed-carrot and salt-caraway there is something for everyone.
