Our Aprilis Distillery is located in Bourget du Lac, in Savoie. With passionate dedication, we trek the steep slopes, hand-harvesting juniper berries and capturing the essence of the endemic plants that our region is famous for, including the legendary genepi.
Our first vintage, Gin Aprilis, is a delicately perfumed artisanal blend of génépi, arquebuse and bergamot mint. Each sip evokes a journey through alpine landscapes, where purity meets the botanical richness of the mountains.
Our spirits tell this story, an ode to wild nature and artisanal tradition. Out of passion, out of concern for maintaining artisanal know-how and for the stills to live.
